Evolve is expanding beyond equipment. We’re introducing the Evolve Cloud Ecosystem — a connected platform that brings our mobile app, club management tools, and coaching software together under one roof. Built as three connected systems with a single design language, it’s designed to make every part of the fitness experience smarter, from the gym floor to the palm of your hand.

One Ecosystem, Three Systems

The Evolve Cloud Ecosystem is built around three connected systems: the Evolve Ultimate APP for members, DMS (Device Management System) for clubs, and TMS (Training Management System) for coaches. All three share one design language and connect directly to Evolve’s cardio and strength equipment — including our Econ, Prime, and Ultra Series treadmills, which stream live FTMS/Bluetooth workout data straight into the app.

Evolve Ultimate APP: Your Cloud Hub in Your Pocket

For members, the Evolve Ultimate APP turns every workout into a connected experience. Today, it already tracks workout history and calendars, monitors member health and goals, and rewards progress with XP, levels, and achievements. Members can pair directly with club equipment for live cardio data, upload their own movement videos, and even join a waitlist or refer friends. Coming next: QR login for a digital ID, coach-assigned training programs, and a unified view across multiple equipment brands.

DMS: Smarter Device Management for Clubs

Behind the scenes, DMS gives clubs a live view of every connected device — status, fleet health, and active alarms, all in one dashboard. Today, DMS already tracks device status across every unit, gives clubs a fleet overview, and turns fault codes into clear, actionable alerts. Planned additions include per-device usage statistics, automatic first-connection tracking for accurate warranty dates, and a maintenance dashboard that brings every device onto a single screen.

TMS: A Two-Way Coaching Loop

TMS closes the loop between coaches and members. Coaches can already see every athlete in one view, track activity across their full roster, and access each member’s health data and goals. It also supports building and assigning training programs directly to members. What’s coming: real results reported back against assigned programs, and a two-way feedback thread so coaches and members can communicate directly inside the platform.

The Evolve Cloud Ecosystem is rolling out across three platforms — Web, iOS, and Android — all under one login and one design language.
